I am currently in my third year of a double degree (B. Nursing/B. Clinical Science), at CSU.
Experience
At my high school I tutored junior students in English,primarily assisting them with their written pieces. I have since tutored senior high school students in English Advanced, English Extension 1 and Biology. These are subjects that I excelled at in high school, my lowest mark in English in my senior years was a distinction. I have worked with many struggling students, with many levels of writing skill, so if you have difficulty reading, or just want an extra pair of eyes to give you some feedback and tweak your creative writing piece, let me know. Regarding biology- I have now studied anatomy and physiology, as well as chemistry at a university level for three years now, so I have a broad and thorough knowledge base to help you out. I'm happy to work at whatever pace you want, and adapt to whatever style of learning you have:). I am more than happy to provide a written letter from the head of the English department at my old high school as an endorsement of my tutoring. I work there during my university holidays tutoring current year 11 and 12 students.

Hobbies
I am 21, and have three younger siblings. One is sitting for her HSC this year, another is in year ten, and the youngest is starting high school. I've helped them with their homework and study for years,particularly my next youngest sister, so am very familiar with the current curriculum and areas of study. I enjoy helping students excel, science has always fascinated me, and I love to write. I lose track of time when I'm writing still!! My other hobbies are all rather outdoorsy, rock-climbing, water-skiing, kayaking and horse riding. I come from a large property in the Riverina, so have always lived and worked outdoors. My two other favorite pastimes are painting and classical piano; I can paint and play for hours:). I would love to work with you, and help you achieve your best. I understand that getting a tutor can sometimes be daunting, but I've been in the classes you're sitting in, and survived, so I can make it a little easier for you! I look forward to meeting you. A.
